The National Curriculum for English sets out specific statuatory content which is required to be introduced in each year group to teach vocabulary, grammar and punctuation. I have found it quite tricky to find resources which explain the objectives to primary pupils in a simple easy to understand way. I have created a set of resources which match the objectives for year 3 and year 5. I plan to produce resources for other year groups later. I have tried to produce resources which are quite straightforward to use and require very little teacher preparation. The PPTs contain explanations, examples and exercises forming complete lessons.
